Teacher of Geography

The successful applicant will be joining a team of highly, passionate and knowledgeable teaching staff, who are dedicated to providing quality education to all. The students love learning. They are very talented and compassionate and inquiring young people who have a deep sense of belonging and commitment to their learning. All teachers are required to enable students to flourish and prepare them with the skills and knowledge to help them in the future. You will be:

• A Geography Teacher with QTS, or any matching qualification that enables you to teach in the UK i.e. QTLS
• Required to do lesson planning and marking
• Committed, enthusiastic practitioners seeking to support excellent progress for all students
• Aspiring to the highest standards of behaviour, academic success, and well-being for the school
• Resilient, reflective and thoughtful, seeking to develop yourself
• Passionate and enthusiastic about Geography, delivering engaging lessons for 11-18 year old's (Key Stage 3-5)

This is a full-time, temporary position till the end of the Academic Year (July 2022). Working hours are Monday-Friday 8:30-3:30. You may be required to stay for after-school meetings, parent's evenings and any other hours as required by the school. You will be paid for this time.
