Term Time Teachers have the privilege of working with a vibrant, and thriving pre-school located in the outskirts of the beautiful town of Crowborough. Situated in a beautiful woodland you will find the preschool, which holds a placement of 20 children per session. Dedicated to providing high-quality early childhood education, they are now seeking a passionate and experienced Preschool Manager to lead this small but dedicated team.
Job Description:
As the Preschool Manager, you will be the heart and soul of this family-feel preschool. Your role is vital in creating a safe, supportive, and engaging space for children aged 2 to 4.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading and supervising a team of early childhood educators.
Developing and implementing an engaging and age-appropriate curriculum.
Ensuring the safety and well-being of all children in your care 2-4 year olds.
Building positive relationships with parents and caregivers.
Managing administrative tasks, including budgets and record-keeping.
Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional development among staff.
Working 37 hours a week and term time only.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and qualities:
A Level 3 qualification or higher in childcare or early years education.
Experience in a leadership role within a pre-school setting would be beneficial.
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
A thorough understanding of early childhood development and education principles.
Passion for creating an inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
